• The Heath Fair Grounds are beautiful and rustic! The wedding will be outdoors (grass fields) and under covered barns with partial dirt floors. 

• There is no air conditioning at the Fair Ground but we will have a cooling station available.

• We will have sunscreen and bug spray available but feel free to bring your own!

• Come dressed to party at the fair ground! There will be lawn games, field-frolicking, and dancing!

• Kids are welcome!

• Please leave your doggos at home (boo).

• There is very limited cell service at the Fair Ground.

Local Hotels and Motels:

• Book a room at the Red Rose Motel in Shelburne Falls, MA- book early, space is limited! Approximately 10 min from venue. 

• Book a room at Hampton Inn & Suites or Days Inn in Greenfield, MA. Approximately 25 min from venue. 

• There are a few independent bed and breakfasts and as well as Airbnbs in the towns surrounding Heath and Greenfield.

• We will have a shuttle bus available for pick up from locations in Heath/Shelburne Falls, and Greenfield to the Fair Grounds and back on Saturday. If you are interested in the shuttle, please indicate on your RSVP, and we will in touch!

Camp at the Fair Ground!

• There is lots of space for camping at the fair ground!!

• Campers/trailers/RVs are also welcome- there are hook-ups for water and electricity but no dumping stations.

• Camping is available Friday and Saturday night. 

• If camping Friday and Saturday, please plan to set up camp anytime after 2 pm on Friday. 

• If camping just Saturday night, please plan to set up between 12-2 pm on Saturday, or set up after the ceremony. 

• No fires- sorry! Camp stoves off the ground are OK.

• There are on-site luxury trailer porta potties (working sinks, etc.).

• There are on-site rustic outdoor showers.

• There is limited cell reception.

• If you are planning to camp with kiddos, please keep in mind there will be music and dancing until late on Saturday.

• Please plan to be packed up and out on Sunday by 3pm.
